Torch Body Fat with these 10 Strategies

  1. Eliminate sugar from your diet. This includes fruit juice and sports drinks.
  2. Start eating proper fats – get primal and start eating healthy animal fats.
  3. Eliminate gluten grains from your diet. Limit grains like corn and rice, which are nutritionally poor.
  4. Eliminating grain and seed derived oils (cooking oils).
  5. Eat grass fed beef, lamb and bison for red meat. Eat free range organic eggs and fish.
