I am a member of Strengcoach.com and the content and layout of the information in there is just incredible. I will always be a member. I never thought I would need anything else but after taking a look at Mike Boyles new Body by Boyle Online I have to say I have changed my mind. The service looks amazing so I have decided to subscribe.

I can’t believe I am going to have everything that happens at MBSC right at my finger tips!  Mike and his team have shot over 280 high definition videos of different exercises ad movements. The videos are just the start though. You also get access to every strength and conditioning program that is currently being used at MBSC, all their rehabilitation programs, their staff meetings, FAQ’s by Mike himself, all his DVD’s and other educational resources. What really makes this great though is how all this content is organized.

They have integrated everything with the XPS trainer software which has been developed for both trainers and athletes alike. If you are a personal trainer and have clients then this is really going to blow them away. You can simply copy what they do at MBSC or create and customize your own programs by adding your own content and videos if you like as well.  You can also use the exercise video database to make up your own program with a couple of clicks of a button.

Another benefit to the Body By Boyle Online service is that if you want more specific content Mike Boyle and his team will be do it. Whether it is extra videos or info to help you with a client with special needs or simply give you some exercise modifications because you don’t have the equipment to do an exercise in a program.

Body by Boyle Online is an ongoing system. It will not be something you pay thousands of dollars for.  In fact it is available at a very affordable monthly fee. The product/service is the closest thing to a Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning franchise that you will ever see.
